Medical examination
The medical examination for ED drug prescription does not require exploration of the pubic regions. Examination consists mainly of medical interviews of health history, present medications, and your ED symptoms.
The examination time differ among patients but for reference, the average is approximately 10 minutes per patient for the first visit, 1-2 minutes for revisits.
We will ask you to answer a medical questionnaire prior to the doctor’s interview.

We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, and JCV cards.
Credit cards which logo marks are described below are also acceptable.
We only accept credit cards for lump sum payments.

Health insurance and medical certificate
ED/AGA treatment is not covered by the National Health Insurance scheme (Kokumin Kenko Hoken).
We do not accept foreign health insurance cards.
We can offer you an itemized receipt when requested, but basically, we do not issue medical certificates for insurance claim purpose.
If you have a valid health insurance and proposing to apply to our ED/AGA treatment course, please ask your insurance agent for instructions.
