CLINICS is an online medical examination system developed by Medley.
You can use the app to receive medical examinations and consultations on your Computer, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Android device.

Online medical care

After your appointment is complete, please follow the provided instructions to start the video chat and prepare for your consultation.
The consultation will begin when the appointment time arrives.

If you use the CLINICS app on your smartphone or tablet, you will receive a push notification when your consultation begins, meaning there is no need to open the app.
We recommend using the app for online medical consultations to reduce waiting time in front of your Computer.

※You can use the same account for both the Computer and app versions.
※The start time for the consultation might be a little late, depending on what is going on.

Bill

If you make a reservation through CLINICS, the payment will be automatically charged to the credit card (VISA, MASTER, AMEX) that you provided when you made the reservation.

Medicine Delivery

We will deliver the medication to the address we have on file for you. Please pick up the medication at home and take it as your doctor instructed during your consultation. It takes about 3-5 days to arrive.

※Please note that medications may not be prescribed depending on the doctor's assessment.

How can I arrange an online medical consultation?

Shibuya 3RD Block Clinic conducts online medical consultations using a dedicated app and web system called CLINICS, which is provided by Medley Inc.

2. Choose your preferred appointment date and time, then complete the pre-consultation questionnaire.
3. Have your consultation via video call at your scheduled appointment time.
It is available on smartphones, tablets and computers.

What is the cost of an online medical consultation?

There is no consultation fee. You only need to pay for the medication.
・If the cost of medication is 10,000 yen or more (including tax), we offer free shipping.
・If the cost of the medication is less than 10,000 yen, an additional shipping fee of 550 yen (including tax) will be charged.

Which payment methods are available?

Payment for online medical consultations is only accepted by credit card.
The following card brands are available: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club.

How will I receive the medication after the consultation?

The medication will be delivered by one of the following methods after the consultation.
・Home delivery
・Delivery to your chosen address
・Hold for pickup at the post office upon request.

Is it possible to consult about medical hair removal through an online consultation?

We generally do not offer online consultations for medical hair removal.
If you are interested in treatment, please schedule an in-person consultation first.

In what cases are online medical consultations not available?

We may recommend an in-person consultation in the following cases.
・If the doctor determines that an in-person consultation is necessary during the initial visit
・If the symptoms are severe or require urgent attention
・If you request medications that cannot be prescribed via online consultation due to legal restrictions

Are online medical consultations available from anywhere in the country?

Yes, our services are available anywhere in Japan.
Please note that delivery to some areas may be excluded.
